About Camp ELI
Welcome to Camp ELI, a Christian camp that encourages youth to Explore the outdoors in a community that Loves God and Inspires hope. Camp ELI was established in January of 2023 and began running camp in 2024.
How are we different? Camp ELI is designed to give children practical skills they can bring home! Not only do we have fun, but we teach them how to steward what the Lord has given us well and safely. Skills include Leave No Trace, fire building, shelter making, simple first aid, making camp food, and more. Check out our summer camp program to learn more.
Statement of Faith
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that God is the Creator of all things, and through His grace, He has given us the beauty of the natural world to enjoy and steward.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human, who came to earth to live a sinless life, died for the sins of humanity, and rose again, offering salvation to all who believe in Him. Through His sacrifice, we are forgiven, and through His resurrection, we are given the hope of eternal life.
We believe in the Bible as the inspired Word of God, a guide for our lives, and a source of truth and wisdom. We are called to love one another, serve others, and care for creation as stewards of God's earth.
As a nondenominational organization, we welcome individuals from all walks of life and Christian traditions, united by our shared faith in Christ and our mission to encourage youth to live according to the model Jesus left for us.
At Camp ELI, we are committed to teaching youth to live out their faith by loving God, serving others, and caring for the world around them. We seek to foster a community where they can grow in their faith, learn valuable life skills, and build lasting friendships grounded in love and Christ’s teachings.
We believe that every child is created in God’s image and has a unique purpose. We are dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and Christ-centered environment where children can explore the outdoors, grow in faith, and be inspired to make a positive impact in their communities.
Pathfinders Program
In our Pathfinders program, we help kids grow in their faith by showing them how to love each other the way Jesus loves us. While we do small Bible studies, we focus more on living like Jesus did—loving, serving, and being kind. We also teach practical skills to help kids take care of the world around them and build strong, healthy relationships. Our goal is to create a space where kids can learn to live out their faith, not just through lessons, but by following Jesus’ example in everything they do.
Adventurers Program
In our Adventures program, we help youth grow in their faith by developing leadership skills through fun and challenging activities. We focus on building trust and courage, especially through experiences like our high ropes course and an overnight backpacking trip, where they learn to step out of their comfort zones and rely on each other. Along with these activities, we teach youth how to love and serve others, just as Jesus did. Our goal is to create opportunities for kids to grow stronger in their faith while developing the confidence and character to lead with compassion and integrity.
